We've added to the list of sponsors the Dubuque County Conservation Board (the governing body for the Heritage Trail)! This is encouraging, as they will be present on the trail system during the event and welcome our usage of this local treasure. While a couple of dollars from each racer will go to the trail access fees for Heritage Trail its well worth it as this trial is critical to a successful foot category with any distance over 5 miles. Also, For the family members that may accompany you to the race the Grand River Center in conjunction with the Dubuque Audubon Society is hosting the "Bald Eagle Watch" on the 19th.
