Looks like all the snow but that on Heritage Trail will be gone by Thursday (first day with forecasted temperatures below freezing). Not to worry, over a week and a half to go… tonight I ride the rollers. Peace!
Heritage Trail still has good snow on it, and will firm up with the cold temps. But, yes, the large sections of snowmobile and ATV trails are bare and currently muddy. In addition, the gravel is starting to get real messy. HOWEVER, there is snow in the forecast in addition to much colder temps. Forecast calls for 15-25dF on race day and three days with a possibility for snow between now and the 19th.
